Our Journey Began with a Simple Question:
Why are so many brilliant technologists held back from leadership?
Like many startups, CTO Academy was born from real-world frustration.
Co-founders Jason Noble and Andrew Weaver had experienced firsthand how difficult it was for technology leaders to step confidently into commercial, board-level conversations.
So in 2019, they built CTO Academy — a global learning and leadership platform designed to close that gap.
Their goal was clear: to help ambitious tech professionals move beyond the code, master business strategy, and lead with influence.
